High water levels pose a risk of flooding along the coast.; What happens?: The sea level is rising in connection with southerly wind and may reach about 90-100 cm in RH 2000 late Thursday evening and night into Friday, highest in the eastern part and in bays open to sea.; What should I think about?: Low lying wharfs, jetties, roads or buildings may be exposed to flooding. Vertical clearance under bridges decreases. Moored vessels are at risk of hull damage. ; Where?: From north of Luleå to Haparanda
